Why use A1 Asphalt?
A1 Asphalt uses a hand-applied method. Our premium StarSeal® coal tar emulsion slurry seal, containing a unique sand and macro flex combination for durability, is applied via squeegie method from a hot pumper kettle.

There is no over spray as it is applied carefully by hand. Interlock borders, stamped concrete edging and plant material near the driveway will be free from any over spray that may occur with the oil spray method.

Our hand applied service is guaranteed for 2 years. (excludes any wear and tear from abnormal use of the driveway i.e. heavy trucks, ladders, oil stains, etc.)
